Order and activate your charging card

You wish to order a Groen-Eco charging card, or you have a Groen-Eco charging card and wish to activate it? Follow the steps below to request and activate the convenient Green-Eco charge card. Please note that there is a charge when activating the charge card!

Order a charging card

First of all, an account has to be registered:

1. Click on the button “To Portal” in the upper right corner of the screen
2. Click on the button “Register”
3. Fill in your particulars, is the charging card for a private person or for a company, name and contact information
4. Order your charging card and choose the most suitable subscription for your situation
5. Activate your account, the charging card will be sent to you within a few business days

Activate charging card

You received the ordered charging card, with the charging card you also received a letter with instructions. The charging card you received is not yet activated. After you have activated it via the Portal, it will take approximately 24 hours before the charging card can be used at all public charging stations. To activate the charge card, follow the following steps as described in the instruction letter:
