What to do in case of a malfunction

There is nothing more annoying than arriving at your destination, only to find out that your charging point is not working. By monitoring the charging points, we are often aware of a malfunction, after which we immediately contact our back office to resolve it.

Do the following if you have discovered a malfunction yourself:

Scan the QR code on the charging station

If the charging station has a QR code, you can scan it to contact the relevant back office. Make sure you are at the charging station so that you can answer questions from the back office. You are always asked for the number of the charging station.

Have you already checked this:

First remove the charging cable from the car. In many cases the lock on the charger also opens.

Insert the charging cable back into the car, then remove it from the car again.
In many cases, the charger’s lock will also open.

It may take some time, after the pass is offered, until the charging session starts.
Place the charging cable in the car and in the charger, and offer the pass.
Wait some time… starting may take up to 30 seconds.
